Where did the weekend go? It flew by! I feel like I didn't stop moving this weekend! WOW. I am exhuasted!
Today's work out was 1/2 of 6w6p w/o #2, Disc 9 Legs omitting conditioning drills and KCM kickboxing kicking premix. Great work out!
This afternoon I went shopping with my mom for a few hours kid free. It was AWESOME!
I'll be back in the morning...just wanted to get us started for the new week.
