Is there a way to see a sample of the move that you need to test your 1rm without having to find in the STS Workouts discs themselves?

Yup, go to the Workout Manager page on the website, log-in, click on the STS tab, look for the 1RM test - it shows the exercise in a video clip. HTH

When I select the exercise, there is no video

So go to : https://cathe.com/workout/
Log-in at the top
Click the STS tab (near the middle)
Under "One Rep Max Calculator", click "Take a One Rep Max Test"
Search for the particular exercise you need (all STS exercises have a video, not all others) , click on it and the video should appear in the space. You can search by exercise #, disc #, or type of exercise to find the particular exercise.
Sorry, I don't know how to do a "screen shot" to have a helpful photo. Maybe a more tech-savy Cathlete can post a screen-shot?

Oh, I didn't notice before but you can just click on the One Rep Max tab on the homepage of the workout manager to get to that page ... you don't have to click on the STS tab.

Thanks. Maybe it is because I am using a macbook, because I see the space for the video, but nothing is there. I will try on my windows computer.

that is great I am restarting after about 5 years. When I do add a rm -it does not show up readin the exercise column-so its hard to tell which rm I have done. Any hints on that-when I look at the tutorial it says the execise turns read on exercise name after you have figured your onrm but it won't.
