12 Weekers!!! WEDNESDAY the 23rd

Afternoon one and all,

Woke up today with DS's cold-yuck! Scratchy throat, stuffy nose, blah feeling. I'm laying low in the exercise dept. and getting lots of vitamin c in my food choices. Hopefully, it'll go away in a day or so. Have a great night--

Hey everyone! Only have a minute between chores here but wanted to check in.

Holding steady at 127 this week. Very happy with that.

Still :eek: over what the diet diary is showing me. I'm thinking about just doing a plan for a week and see how I feel. Either BFFM or something out of Tosca's book where she plotted out a couple weeks worth of meal plans.

TOO much fat and TOO little fiber and the calories are all over the place.

Yesterday's workout was 4DS KB - my first time writing weights on a weight sheet. Sore today. Today I did Attic Storage Bin Purge Cardio :D

I have a question for you............
How important do you think following the BFL exercise program is to the success of your weight/fat loss? I am following the eating plan, but have been just doing Cathe rotations. I am not crazy about doing the Pyramids for 12 weeks straight!! Is that what you did? And what type rotation are you following now, if any?

Hello Everyone,

Today is my off day but I think I might finally try the shimmy dvd and see how that goes. Muscles are sore from doing timesaver blast 2. I hope eventually I will fiqure these routines out.

Brkfst-monster cookie didn't have time dentist appt.
AM snack-none
Lunch-homemade chili
PM snack-LaraBar
Supper-chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes

As you can see eating was a little off today. I had oxygen rounds with my patients. I will try to do better tomarrow.
 
just popping in to post my meals,forgot to earlier

Here are my meals for today!
Meal#1-2tbs Npb,one slice of bread
#2protien shake
#3Turkey and tomatoe sandwich on WW bread with a bit of lite mayo,small apple
#4 a low carb chicken salsa wrap with Lite Sour cream
#5 one cup of Refried beans,1/2 c of Reduced fat cheese,two low carb wraps,onions(ate a bit too much,but didn't have sixth meal;-))
