I also wanted to put the "day" in the title but its pointless cause we are all on different days! So I will leave it as is.
Yesterday was a good day but I did eat a couple of things that I shouldn't have. That is always the hard thing at work. My work is FULL of sweets and when i am bored and alone, i end up picking at stuff. Its usually not until later in the day so its a good thing I don't start first thing in the morning Today I will try to do my best to stay away from the junk. After DS's b-day party on sat any sweets I have in the house leftover from Christmas is going in the trash...that will also solve that prob!
Todays workout is a run + Bm1 circuits. Im aiming for a 4.5 mile run today but we will see how that goes!
My eating will be vey similar to yesterdays b/c when I packed my bag for work yesterday, I just packed double.
