** 12 Week Challenge Jan 3rd/ Week 1**

Congrats all on your successes! Great job with keeping on track and staying consistent!!

I have been doing the same with my goals...eating within my range and exercising.

Today I incorporated a family workout in, too. The kids loved working out with Mommy!

I am down 2 pounds...that is just from detoxing from all the junk I had eaten for the last week or so! It feels so good to eat what is good for me again!!

Okay, I missed checking in yesterday, but here's my update. I wound up doing a second workout on NYD (Turbo Jam Kickin' Core) after CTX 10-10-10, but nothing yesterday. Today I did Slim Series Firm It Up.
Eating has been pretty good. I've really stayed away from sweets and portions are under control. It sounds like a lot of check-in folks are happy with their progress so far so CONGRATS to everyone!

Hey guys! WOW! We are a chatty bunch, aren't we? I LOVE IT! I hope you all continue to feel MOTIVATED and PUMPED UP!

On the 64 oz of water. The first 32oz. goes down SOOOO quickly and easily, since I had just been sleeping all night. The next 32, well, I drink it thru a straw while I do my usual Sunday morning routine that includes sitting at the PC, inputting and uploading my weekly progress pics and measurements! I gotta tell ya...I really think a lot of staying on track IS drinking the water so much! I drink at least 1 gallon each day.

ANYWAY....headed to bed. Just wanted to be accountable and say that I'm planning lower body and a new iTread (set 9, 20 minutes) tomorrow morning. I'd LOVE to get up early enough to fit in GS Legs with the iTread, but if not, then I'll do Leaner Legs and the iTread.

Checking in today was a good day. I went to ww meeting and of course I was up since the last time that I went but I know that I am on the right track. I am doing well getting my workouts in three days in a row so far. Cathe's calendar is keeping me honest. I passed the test today dh went out and got breakfast and I didn't get anything, I will take the small victories as they come.
 
OK, the workout was Drill max. I did not make it to breakfast ,but lunch was grilled shrimp, and spinach, and dinner was eggs wit ground beef, onions and bellpeppers with a little cheese on top
