and for my max I did 30
week 4, day 2 done!!

WOW Deanie. Amazing, you give me hope that I can do it or else you are scaring me with htose #'s - LOL:eek:

I am actually amazed at myself that I am doing that many on my toes. It wasn't so bad!! Going to push day 3 back to Sat since I will be doing a toatl body WO that day.

Nice job ladies! Deanie, I am trying to picture myself doing those kinds of numbers in a few weeks! Wow!

Today is an off day for pushups. I need to get some cardio in. Maybe IMAX2 or Step Blast.

Wow Deanie, that IS amazing! So far I am able to do what the chart says on my toes...I just completed Day 3 in Column 3! My numbers:

I MAY have done 10 more then reported here..do any of you question if you did one level? I made a mistake of reading the forums while waiting for my 2 minute rest and lost track if I had done the 2nd. set of 10! OH MY!!! So, either way I did what I was supposed to do or possibly have 10 more included! :eek: Okay, am I making any sense? Next time, I am paying attention to which levels I completed! :p I am very pleased with what I have done in the past week! I think this method just might work for me! Thanks to whoever brought this to our attention. I am still excited to see where it will take me. Becky, hang in there...push-ups are NOT easy. Just the fact you are attempting them and keeping at it will eventually make you stronger...we look forward to hearing your report when you do that first on-toes push up with good form! In the meantime, just modify and keep at it! Good Luck to everyone...this is FUN!
 
Good Morning,

Today my push ups will be from GS chest and tri's. I may have to hit the pause button since Cathe only gives us about 10 seconds in between sets. This will be week 1 day 2 for me.
 
Still here! :p I did day 2, week 1 (still modified) but when I went back to add them up I realized I did 37 total which is 10 more than Monday! That's crazy! I don't get how this program works, but you would've never convinced me that in 48 hours I could add 10 push-ups to my total. I am also FINALLY figuring out my hand placement. It does make a difference!

Hey Ladies....

Today was my first day...was suppose to be Monday but with open house at school and helping my son do homework it never happen.:confused: So I am on week one day 1. I really love this idea. Before I saw this I told myself that I had to do as many push up each day so that I could be ready for STS... When I saw how many Cathe and crew were doing I though oh boy I'm in TROUBLE... :( This should help me be ready....so whoever found this BIG THANKS>>>:D

Hi everyone. I got a comment from jodijodi on my blog that you had a challenge going, but I was offline for almost a week (computer was being repaired) so I couldn't join at first. Now I'm back. I'm on Week 3, Day 2, but won't be doing my pushups until tonight (so I can do them with my husband after the kids go to bed).

I will start by admitting I do mine on my knees. I started in the 3rd column, but this week dropped down to column 2 because although my max test last week came to 26 pushups, I felt the last few were not with good form. Anyway, here's my stats from Monday:

Huh, I just looked at the website and he's modified this week. I wonder what else has changed. Anyway, I had printed out Week 3 so I did that according to the original plan.

I'm only on day 2 of week 1, but these ladies have been great. I was ready to quit before I even began and realized I couldn't do even 1 lousy big girl push-up!
But the cheerleaders here talked me through and I had a better day today! Thanks AGAIN ladies! :D

Great job Becky! Keep it up! When I started taking Karate about 8 years ago, I could not do toe pushups. We had to do so many darn pushups that I couldn't even touch my nose! When I tested for my black belt 3 years later, we had to do almost 400 pushups (in sets) and I did almost ALL of them on my toes! It takes time to build up to it but you WILL get there!
Maybe you should do the entire challenge on your knees & then start it over on your toes?
