Well, I am very sore from yesterday, but I also did a jog and a kettlebell workout, so the pushups were just icing on the cake. And like I said yesterday, I do them on my knees, so I bow to those of you who are on your toes. I am hoping that after doing this challenge on my knees perhaps I’ll be strong enough to try them on my toes (right now I can only do a couple on my toes and I don’t go down very far, so it hardly counts).
