100 push up challenge Monday

Bumping my push up days to Tues/Thurs/Sat this week. BodyMax is down for tomorrow so I'll throw it in with that one. After Saturdays WO I definately felt it yesterday, in that good we that only we can love.
I did KPC crunch today. Kickboxing WO's always , make me feel so strong!!

I screwed up over the weekend and never did my day 3. so today was week 1, day 3, still knee only push-ups.
I'm still doing the original program, middle column. Next time through, I'm going to try the updated program on the toes. Anyhow...today's count was a total 0f 44.

I think the 1st 20 were easier! :D

on an aside, I also worked out at my Y this morning and did 2 sets of 10 assisted pull ups. OMG!!!!!!!!!! Those are the hardest thing ever!!!!!!! I probably only pulled up 10 pounds of my own body weight and the poor trainer did the rest. She's amazing and I'm sure worked much harder than I was!

I did my test at the end of two weeks yesterday and I did 33 pushups all on my toes!! When I started two weeks ago I could only do 16 or so. HUge improvement. Yeah to me!!

Total of 69 Push-Ups! Yippppeee! I am still excited about this challenge and it is pushing me beyond what I'd ever do on my OWN! Keep up the good work ladies and "see" you real soon! (Wed)

Ooh, Deb, bet you're doing those suckers on your toes, too.

I'm on my knees. DH wanted to redo week 3, so I'm re-doing it with him. I did column 2 our first go-round but I did a test on Sunday and was able to do 32 so I'm doing it in the 3rd column this time.

Today I did Day 1 of week 3 and felt like I got through it pretty smoothly (maxed at only 22 on the final set, though).

How are ya'll incorporating these into your regular workout schedules? Since I started the challenge I've been doing some of my easier weight workouts (and an occasional kettlebell workout) so I have the energy left for pushups. Then I'm doing cardio on non-pushup days.
 
Hey Becky, I'm with you!!! I screwed up and never had time. My daughter was trying out for a new travel softball teams so I spent my time watching her on the side lines. Back to it tomorrow! Will check back in then

Back on the wagon!

I lost a few days due to a cold and the blahs, but back on the wagon tonight. Did week 2, day 2, middle column.
11/9/7/7/12 for a total of 46 on my toes. The last set actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and the beginning is getting easier. Progress!!! Oh, happy day. And an est release for STS. Best Monday, ever!! Well, I am doing PUB tonight, and did the pushups as a sub for the chest work, so I need to get back to the DVD player.

I played hooky today, too much kid stuff going on, so I'll get back on track tomorrow. Nice work everyone!!
