The blog states that the 100-page user guide will accompany COMPLETE-set purchases.
I will be receiving this as I have the complete set coming, but the question was asked to me...so I'm asking you.


My question is:

Will there be a similar instruction booklet with the individual Cycle purchases?

Hi Smiles 4283! No, we will not have separate mesocycle booklets. The booklet is designed to assist you if you are doing the program as a complete system
