    Eating TOO LITTLE...

    I would love to know about this as well. I don't eat too little but sometimes my exercise cals are equal to my food cals for the day, I am never sure whether I should eat more for that day or not.

    I don't get why everyone is so afraid of sugar! I make mine with water and add brown sugar and sultanas, it's delicious. I tsp of sugar has only about 20 cals and it makes such a difference. Go carbs!!:D

    Thanks guys, I have found the Reebok step at Rebel Sport. I would prefer an original step but they cost nearly $300 and are on backorder! My gym wasn't very helpful, they have the reebok steps. Don't know what to do about the high step. I think I could get one shipped from the US although...
