    Bumped my leg and a vein swelled up

    Has anyone had this happen? I was doing leg lifts over a stool for P90X Plyo and hit the side of my knee. My vein instantly swelled up and was blue and hurt. Kinda creepy looking. I put ice on it and am elevating my leg. What he heck is going on here?
