I have to say I also LOVE this workout. I do this workout a couple times a week because I like it so much. I also love having a workout that doesn't hurt my knees or isn't complex.
I saw your workout schedule through the winter so will it be next year that you come out with new beginner/intermeidate workouts. Also thanks for having this workouts. I am a advanced exerciser but I just can't do complex steps so this workouts are great for me.
>Ha. You guys are slave drivers!:P
All I meant by this question is that if she is intending on making more this year that i will not order all of the hardcore so that i can order others that she could possible make in 2005. I don't unlimited funds for exercise workouts.

what type of workouts are muscle endurance workouts?
thanks
I have a question about the new workouts-- how long in length are these workouts? Also the Hardcore extreme will this have both cardio and strength on it.
thanks
I just wanted to get your opinion about whether the ctx are hard on some peoples knees. My knees are not the greatest so I am trying to decide if this dvd is for me or not.
thanks and I love your workouts( especially the timesaver and premixes)
my kick, punch and crunch dvd freezes at the screen that says Body Blast 6 workout series. Does anyone know if there is anything I can try to fix this problem.
thanks
Good news, I does work but it takes about 3 minutes from it to switch over from the introductin screen to the menu screen...
I will love any weight or cardio workout. My only request is to keep the premixes. I use the premix more than anything.
It would be nice if you had a cardio and weight workout on one dvd. This workout should also be easily modified.
I have a question about Cathe CTX dvd. IS this a dvd that you use alot of only occasionally? I was also wondering if it has premixes and the workout blender like the newer workouts.
thanks for you help
Hi, Right now i am working out 5 days a week. I am not following any rotation, just picking a workout each day. The equipment I have are dumbells, barbells, club step. I can workout out 5-6 days for about an hour.
