For now I'd stick to working out 5 days a week with the 6th day being a walk outside whenever the weather is nice. I'll assume you're getting in to exercise which is probably a wrong assumption, but just in case I'll start you out slower. I'd do each mini rotation for about 2-4 weeks or you can maybe even alternate each rotation on a weekly basis. Whatever keeps you motivated!
Rotation 1
-Timesaver as is, in whatever order you want
Rotation 2
*this is based on doing two total body workouts and 3 cardios each week
-Step Blast
-Pyramid upper and lower premix combo
-Step Jump and Pump cardio only premix
-Pyramid upper and lower premix combo
-Step Blast
Rotation 3
*this rotations splits weights into upper and lower body days
-Push Pull upper body 2 sets premix
-Kick Punch and Crunch/L&G standing leg premix
-Super Sets upper body 2 sets
-cardio of choice
-Push Pull lower body 2 sets premix
Rotation 4
*this splits upper body parts
-Pure strength BBA + Timesaver cardio of choice
-PS Legs and abs or Legs and Glutes, or alternate each week
-PS CST
-Step Blast or Kick Punch & Crunch...cardio premix of choice
-Step Jump and Pump
I'm no expert at rotations and with dvds there are so many other endless possibilites, I just tried to give you a little variety! Just have fun!
