    Check out the Video Rotation board. There's a link (I'd include the link here but I don't know how to do that) with all of Cathe's rotations and other member's post their rotations as well. You'll get some good ideas. Hope this helps :-)

    August Rotation 08/25/05

    After five days of not working, I started with Boot Camp this morning. Didn't have time for the KM drills, will either do them tonight after work or I may add them on to Saturday's workout. I'm going to do the workouts that I missed next week to finish up the month.

    August Rotation Check In, August 23rd

    I haven't worked out since Saturday due to an eye infection in my left eye. My vision is kind of blurry in the one eye and I have to wear my glasses for at least a week. I'm going to try to jump back in with tomorrow's workout.

    August Rotation Check-In--8/19/05

    I did Step Fit for the first time also. I thought it was pretty good, some of the moves were tricky but towards the end I got it. I did have to pause a couple of times though. Then I did the first two workouts of Ab Hits. Happy Friday:7

    August Rotation--8/18/05

    I think we have only 7 more workouts to go. HSTA this morning and I did KPC abs only once. I can't do those ball pikes either, it doesn't seem likely that I'll ever be able to accomplish those :7 . Have a great day everyone!

    August Rotation--8/17/05

    I survived today's workout - woohoo! I did Stepworks for the 1st time. Some of the choreography was really tricky but towards the end of each section I got it. Then I added the first 5 intervals of Imax 1. We're over halfway through!

    My hamstrings are sore also. I didn't have time this morning to do both CM and CTX upper. I was all set to do CM when my dvd decided not to play. I did CTX upper instead today. I don't think I'll be able to squeeze in CM later today as I have a meeting after work and will probably be home...

    August Rotation Check in 08/11

    I was dripping sweat this morning! HSC is so fast paced, I had to pause a few times to set up my weights and to just catch my breath. I'm able to do 4 of the KM drills without modifying. It was a great workout. MIC tomorrow and CM 2 (this one makes my abs sore for at least 3 days).

    August Rotation - Tuesday, 8/9

    I did Boot Camp today - could only do it once due to time constraints in the morning. I'm planning on doing it again tonight after work. If it doesn't work out for later, then I'll add it on later in the week.

    August Rotation - Monday 8/8

    I substituted Hardcore Extreme interval and legs for running. My heart rate was definitely up there. I weighed myself yesterday and am down 2 lbs for the week. The rest of the week looks good, I'm actually looking forward to doing BC twice tomorrow. :-) ;-)
