    Which should come first, cardio or weights?

    Weights first, then cardio because when you exhaust your muscles with weights first you use all of your glycogen stores. Then by the time cardio comes, you burn mostly fat. (I assume this is all the sameday, same work out. :-)

    I have been using a smaller step ever since I started using Cathe tapes in 1994 and I still have the same step. For me, it doesn't cause any problems, and it's easier to store :-)

    Hi- Look in the "Order Everything we sell" in the shopping cart and go to the DVDs, the BBs have Imax2 and Cardio and weights instead of SJP and Step Blast. :-)
