    I only workout with Cathe DVDs. The other, watching TV, an actress said that she did became fit with the P90X system. Anyone of you have tried it? If so, how does it compare to Cathe? Thanks.

    Was sick for a long time, need to be back on track

    I was sick a lot, since January, with the flu. I almost did not exercise beside taking some walks. What do you recommend to go back on track. I need to loose 6 pounds to be at my weight before I got sick all the time. Waiting to hear from you, thanks:-)

    Any Forty somethings wearing bikinis?

    I'll be 42 in June and still wear a bikini. Loved those. My husband always tells me how I look good in my bikini, I guess he doesn't see the cellulite on my thighs. By the way I love the bikini you are picking up.

    I always believed in it. That's what my boys drink before intense sports like hockey, soccer, competitive trampoline etc. They love it and always thought it was better than Gatorade.

    How do you incorporate Flax Seed into your diet?

    - I had 2 tbsps to my yogourt - I bake muffins and add flax seed to the mix - I also blend 1 cup soy milk, 2 tbsps flax seed, 3 tbsps yogourt, 1/2 banana, 4-5 frozen strawberries, 3 tbsps blueberries. This is a great smoothie.
