    Anybody gets migraines???

    Oh migraines are awful!! I've had them my whole life and was so thankful at 28 years old (several years ago) to finally get be diagnosed and get some medicine for them. Now I get them monthly and they last for 2-3 days. Usually I get them before my period and after. Not eating breakfast...

    What do you workout in?

    I usually work out in a sports bra and my 1985 style shorts. Somehow I always get too hot and regret wearing long workout pants or sweats. Then it's a challenge to see how fast I can change into shorts!

    Moves you don't look graceful doing

    There are just some moves that I look downright goofy doing - for one the Podamoran(spelling) in Cardio and Weights and the cha-cha's on the step. I'm hoping that the fitter I get, the more graceful the moves will become. Anybody else feel they look goofy doing certain moves? Ellie

    Side ball crunches in Supersets

    Thanks Francine and Katheryn. I'm glad Francine mentioned the more body on the ball, the harder the exercise. I was trying to not put so much of my body on the ball - thinking it was cheating or somehting. I'll try your suggestions. Thanks again, Ellie:-)
