    HELP! Need advice in a major way!

    Get Heavier Strength tapes I would recommend going with Pure Strength Series or Slow & Heavy Series.... I think the 3 day split is beneficial in change of routine and going heavier will build up your lean muscle mass much more quickly than going with another endurance style workout.
