    I take a quick look and delete because I’m afraid I’ll miss the first download announcement. I also miss Cathe’s weekly newsletters. That said I haven’t gotten any email from Cathe for at least two or three days. Nothing in my spam folder either so maybe it’s calmed down.

    This wasn’t my first Cathe step workout but I did and still do love this one. I originally had the VHS and upgraded to the DVD. It’s interesting that you also only do 30 minutes of step and for more or less the same reason.
