    Low Max 2

I don't have my Low Max 1 yet (wish I'd pre-ordered it) but I know I would buy Low Max 2 (and 3 and 4...)

    Which DVD for a klutz?

I love Cathe, but I have a hard time catching on to her choreography, and I also don't have a lot of room to work out. I really like doing circuit training, because it keeps me from getting bored. I have also had to go lower impact since I had a recent c-section. Here is what I am thinking...

    3-4 times a week rotations?

Great idea. I also can only work out to tapes/DVDs 4 times a week at most. I'd love to see a rotation that incorporated both cardio and strength with that format.

    Sports-specific cross-trainers

How about tapes that would be used to train for specific popular recreational sports such as skiing, golf, tennis, biking, and hiking? I would love to have a Cathe tape that helps me get in shape for ski season!

    40 & Pregnant

I just had a baby in September 5 days before my 44th birthday. So you are not alone being in your 40's. However, I can't answer your questions since I was not able to exercise much in the first trimester since I had constant morning sickness. And in the second and third trimesters I mostly...

Should I buy the Timesaver DVD if I already have the BB...

Is it worth it to get the Timesaver DVD for the convenience of those shorter workouts? I don't have a multi-disk DVD, and I am definitely pressed for time! Is it too similar to the BB DVDs?

Best Cathe for immediate postpartum period. CTX?

Making it a little easier on you all... Should I get the Intesity series? The Timesaver DVD, or CTX? I'm sure I'd have to work up to the Intensity series, but I could take it slowly. What gives me the most bang for the buck, and will get me back in shape, while not having long stretches...

Best Cathe for immediate postpartum period. CTX?

Hi! What Cathe DVDs did you use immediately (6 weeks) after having your babies? I'm due on Sept 6, and I'm thinking I should order them now. I don't have CTX but I see some people used that. Should I get them? I have the new beginner/intermediate DVDs. But I only did them a few times before...

How soon after delivery can you start ab and core work?

I thought you could start right away, but I just read a pamphlet from the OB's office that tells you to wait. How long do you have to wait? Do you have to wait for the 6 week postpartum visit? Thanks! Laura

Thanks Cathe! I have 3 feet around my step, so I should be OK!

    Space needed for hardcore workouts

I have a small space available for my workouts, since I do them in my living room. Will the workouts on the new Hardcore DVD's need a lot of space? Thanks!

Do I need a jogging stroller?

Do I really need to buy one of those expensive jogging stroller to take long exercise walks with my baby? Have any of you managed without one? I've also read that you have to wait until the baby is 6 months before you can even use a jogging stroller. And, if I really do need one, can anyone...

However, we should all keep in mind that not everyone can have kids into their 40's. I managed to get pregnant in my 40's, but other people I know in their late 30's haven't. So start early, ladies!

Poll: Is your body worse, better, or the same after pre...

Is your body worse, better, or the same after pregnancy That should be pregnancy at the end of the subject line! I thought exercise would make a difference! Glad to hear it. On the other board most women said worse (but it is all worth it of course). But they didn't say whether or not they...

Poll: Is your body worse, better, or the same after pre...

There is a poll on another board about this very topic. I wanted to see if the results were the same, or different for habitual exercisers. As for me, I am still pregnant, so I don't know yet! Please post whatever stats you are confortable with.

    2 Years Postpartum!!!

Just curious here. I am currently pregnant with my first, and I wonder what you mean by extra skin? Is it flab or actual loose skin? I think if it is loose skin you can only remove it surgically. Not something I am looking forward to! I really hope my body goes back to the way it was, but...

HELP!! What to do with all this water retention.....

RE: HELP!! What to do with all this water retention...... Not much help, but I'm dealing with the same thing and I am only at 30 weeks. It helps a bit to stay cool, and I put a footstool under my desk at work. Hang in there! You are almost there....
