Is it ok to do more than two interval workouts in a week? I do step/spinning/running intervals. Is it ok to do each one once a week with at least a days rest in between?

I love that machine too. Its called the gauntlet. Try taking two steps at a time, its a real bun burner.

It depends where you live. Emailor call them and they will let you know. Its only 5 pounds and didnt cost me very much. I cant remember the exact amount.

I have the hexagonal rubber coated dumbells with contour handles and they are the best by far in my opinion. The regular dumbells chip and peal after a while and look horrible. The rubber coating is great. Floors are protected and the contour handles make it easier to grip and they look good...

RE: Question about the plates... I did not order the set. I just got the bar and 1 1/4 lbs plates because I already have rubber plates in the other sizes. I did not realize that the set came with collars (oops! I did not need them anyway). I love the clips but have never tried collars before...

RE: Good tidbit to know! It can hold up to 80lbs. I find the barbell more comfortable because the bar is hollow so more of the weight is on the end rather than directly on the shoulders/back.

RE: Question about the plates... They do not sell it in any store that I know of. Go to fitness1st.com. It took about 5 business days to get my order. It does not come with any type of clips, I just us the ones I already have (spring clips or whatever they are called, same ones Cathe uses)...
