    I do one of Cathe's cycle workouts everyday for cardio. I have issues with arthritis, so jumping, even low impact can be an issue for me. I love all of them, but my favorites are train (because of the timer) and the newest Live one she did.

    I just wanted to tell you how appreciative I am with all the new cycle workouts. I had requested more on demand cycle workouts a year or so ago. I was so happy to see so many after my foot reconstruction surgery! I am enjoying them thoroughly as I continue to recuperate!

    My favorite is STS (do this one at least once a year!), followed by Slow and Heavy then Gym Style. I combine these with cardio (spin cycle) so I feel I am getting the best of both worlds!
