I was away last Thursday, and today was the first chance I had to do Go The Distance. Just wanted to say THANK YOU! This workout was unique, as usual. For me, I was able to keep my heart rate in the perfect fat burning zone! I found I didn't need to go anaerobic which is just the type of workout I needed today. Thank you for listening Cathe!
