    I would love a workout using kettlebells. It would allow me to change up my weight routine, and train for power. I think more explosive movements and less weight would be really interesting. Her article on fast-twitch muscles made me want this even more.

    I find it feels more like using a jump rope, and I think my body behaves accordingly, if that makes sense. Mine has weight, and that adds to the feeling of using a jump rope. I think that since I bought it, I put more into the jump rope section of Gloved Up.

    I’ve gone to downloads for many reasons. all of STS2.0 is on one drive, easily, and they play from my DVD player (USB plug in) so I use the same remote. I loved DVD’s but the downloads have taken over here.

    I'd like to know more. This isn't an intermediate level workout. Great to hear it is low impact. I have no problem lifting heavy, but flexibility is less for sure. I take more recovery days. This series sounds very good, but I don't want to back off and lose ability. If that makes sense.
