    For me in the past few months lower calories and TAE BO did the trick. Overall I believe that changing your routines regularly is the key for continuous success. I never did kickboxing, maybe that's why I see very good result now. BF went down about 3% since I started.

    lA cortisone shot is a very big gun. The last time I had it I was also very lethargic, and it raised my blood sugar to 300. I will only have it again if I really must.

    Yes. It's as good as it looks. I have it for 2 years and still love it. I have all the DVDs, but you can use it without any instruction as well, just some good music and your imagination.
