Gracenote, good list, but you might want to start with We Cheer 2 instead of the first one, since it is much easier for beginners to learn (I love both games). And have plenty of AA batteries on hand, since those wiimotes gobble batteries! We have piles of rechargeables and several rechargers...

If Cathe does this, she should co-teach alongside a certified kettlebell instructor, like with Beth and Anthony in Kettlebell Way. A kettlebell circuit like Kathryn suggested would be terrific, with the kettlebell instructor leading the kettlebell parts and Cathe leading the cardio.

Where did you see a lot of rave reviews? So far I've only seen four people who actually did the workouts and wrote up thorough descriptions. The rest are talking about the bracelet and the bonuses. Several VFers got the set over the weekend, and they're staying mum.:confused:

BINGO. This is exactly what happened during the Wendilee thing. People were afraid to speak up about her lousy form because she and her pals were hanging around and defending her. (I'm not saying Valerie's that bad - which is hardly possible! - but this is the effect that tends to happen)...
