    I have many of Cathe's full body workout videos (Cathe is simply the best there is for advanced home exercise) such as bootcamp, terminator, drill max, low impact circuit and also have many of her pure cardio dvd's...I want to start trying to increase my muscle strength without going to the gym...

    Cathe, I have quite a number of your DVD's and love them! My problem is that no matter how faithfully I do them I cannot improve my push up ability! I can't do even one military and even struggle on my knees. I want to be able to do military style... any suggestions?
