I would appreciate anyones opinion on this. I have always ordered all of Cathe's DVD's and not bothered with the downloads as I am not very computer techy. Can anyone give me their opinion on what would be the benefit of ordering both? Vicky

I am planning to go shopping in the Buffalo area in a couple of weeks for cathe equipment (hopefully a step and tubing) and a grade 12 prom dress for my daughter and have no idea where to look. If anyone could give me some ideas where to shop in the area that would be great. Vicky

Although I am anxiously awaiting my two new Cathe DVD's I am thinking of purchasing one more and it is between the following: Amy Dixon Breathless Body 2 Anni Mair's Fierce Force or Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
