I also have high arches, but not as bad as yours. Have you been to a podiatrist? Before I found out that I had high arches, I thought it was normal for feet to hurt all the time. After wearing custom made orthotics, my feet didn't hurt anymore.

I didn't workout New Year's Eve, but today I did 4DS Higher Intensity Step. It seemed to take much longer than it should have, only because DD(6) decided she wanted to exercise her muscles with Mommy.

Stinks as in "you need to take a bath" or as in "you have on too much cologne."

RE: I used coasters for I also work out in my living room. Yesterday, I did Boot Camp. I didn't feel like using weights as markers and spacers either. Instead, I used DD's birthday party hats. It worked out very well.

Today is DD's 6th birthday. Tomorrow is her birthday party. Hurray!
