Just wanted to suggest using some of the moves that are in Cathes older workouts.I have almost all of Cathes dvds but I just purchased Cathes cardio hits and I just love the moves in this workout !!!! I'm not crazy about the workout wear but I wish I would have ordered this workout a long time...
