    Treadmill Calories Burned.

    I noticed when I put treadmill into my workout calender it will automatically say i am burning 508 calories. However my treadmill when I'm done walking says 143 or so. Which is it? How do I know how many calories I'm really burning???? Thanks Brenda

    I am wondering ,for the workout manager, when I put in the DVD I use for the day it tells me how many calories I burned for that video. example, Power hour says 700 and someting calories burned. Is that correct? If not, how do I find out how many calories I am burning for certain videos...
