    Abs After 3 c-Sections

    Hi, not Cathe either, but I have had 4 c-sections, my youngest is 16 months old. Believe me, I know what you mean about "major skin". I find eating healthy and running helps a lot. Your abs may never be completely flat, but there is hope for reducing the extra skin. Good luck! Linda
