    P90X or Cathe

    Hi Sarah- When you did your P90X rotation, what did your diet consist of? Your pics look fabulous! I eat pretty clean. I do eat breads, pasta, and rice but they are all whole whet. I try and stay away from sugar (that is my big downfall!) for the most part as well. Thanks!

    Good job Marcia! So for those of you out there that run and do Cathe's (or anyones) workouts, how do you split up the two? Do you run and do a DVD in one day or alternate them? I ran marathons and ultra's before I had my two kids and miss it dearly! I want to get back into running asap...
