    It really isn't as killer as it sounds since there are only 3 days a week that I do both.we'll see how fit I am tomorrow if I can do cardio power & resistance after doing meso 3 squat rack leg today,I doubt if i'll be able to jump more than 1/2 inch:)

    I,m glad I decided to redo, I just finished disc 2 week 1 and it made a big difference since I wasn't fussing with finding the right weight.

    Hi, I just finished logging in my 2nd day of STS. On the right hand side of the calendar there's a box to check to mark workout as completed. Both days when i've done this it takes me back to the Jan. 2000 calendar. Is it a glitch or i'm I making a boo boo.

    1rm confusion in workout manager

    I just finished my last 1rm although I still have 6 that I can't do because I don't know what they are.I just did a few each day. It's not as scary as it looks since quite a few of the exercises are repeated on different discs.
