    Hiatal Hernia and weight training

    I've had a hiatal hernia and still have acid reflux (GERD) and take Nexium daily. I'm no doctor but I don't agree that weight training causes hiatal herinas at least not for me. FOOD caused reflux that led to my hiatal hernia because I did not take care of the reflux when I first started...

    Steady state cardio please!

    I would like to see steady state cardio, no blasts, no intervals, just pure steady state cardio. I like blasts, intervals, etc., but there are so many of those type cardio routines now avaialable. I am ready for new steady state cardio to switch up my cario days with.

    playing dvds on my computer-???

    I"m certainly not a computer brain, but I do play my yoga DVDs on my lap top at work during my lunch hr. Sometimes I do KM leg drills during lunch too. DVD plays just fine, I use the mouse to click on the chaper I want to play

    Oatmeal, so good for me, but yuck....

    HI Wendy! I could not stand oatmeal until I tried eating it dry (sounds worse than it is) I sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda on it and mix it before each bite.

    Step slipping when working out?

    Hello! I cut a sticky yoga mat to fit the length of my step. I do cardio on a hardwood floor and my step would not stay in place.
