New to forum (not Cathe)

Hello!
I've been lurking for a long time (from work) decided to get the internet @ home so I could join in! I have been using Cathe for about 4 years and think she is the best there is. I am recovering from a hysterectomy a week ago yesterday. I have been preveiwing the HC series and can't wait to get back into exercising. I live in the country and have started walking down the driveway trying to get my strength back. Any suggestions on some easy workouts would be greatly appreciated from those of you who have had this type of surgery.
 
Hi Connie, Welcome to the forums. Well, it may help if you list which workouts you have already. As you may know, Cathe has 2 beginner/intermediate workouts, Basic Step and Body Fusion; they may be helpful to ease you back into your usual routine. The HC series is really good. You may have to select a much lighter weight than Cathe uses to start with. But again, let us know what you have and what types of workouts you are interested in.

Thanks for responding, I have all of Cathes DVDs except CTX series.
I had forgotten about Basic Step and Body Fusion. I have these DVDs and will start with them. Thanks!
