I thought the same thing!! I did the main workout and blizzard blast and I was drenched by the end. I also used 1# weights, and my arms could definitely feel it. Some of my favorite Cathe Live videos are her boxing/kickboxing, and this is even better! I agree that this is a great workout for...
I'm Terry, and I'm from the Philadelphia area. I've been to the Glassboro RT the past two years, and after this year's trip, talked my husband into making this a long weekend getaway for the two of us. I'm looking forward to meetings great ladies, participating in great workouts and enjoying...
I used to love Turbo Fire (before I discovered Cathe). I also had Chalene Extreme, which is her weight training program. Beachbody has a nice rotation that incorporated both. I'm sure you could take that rotation and substitute Cathe weight videos.
I did the rotation in November and loved it! Went home to visit family and my father-in-law and aunt made comments about how they have never seen me in better shape. It's a big commitment but definitely worth it.

I agree with labnick about the flooring. I got mine about a year ago, and I don't think I could live without it. I bought several packages at BJ's wholesale club (very cheap) and my DH taped them together with duct tape. They've held up beautifully!
I found them on amazon a couple of weeks ago for $89.99. I ordered them based on everyone's glowing recommendations, and I love them. I agree that there is a break in period - they are a bit stiff, especially around the ankles, but nothing that adjusting the laces won't fix.
I tend to buy whatever I can find on sale, but I ALWAYS by the "Fiona" style sports bra from Moving Comfort. I am a 34DD and I need my "girls" to stay put. These are by far the most comfortable and supportive sport bras I've ever worn. I buy one size down (34D), and they often have sales on last...
I'm in too! I was #143 on the wait list and received the follow up email a short time ago. I am ticket #69. So there's hope for everyone with numbers in the upper one hundreds. I'm so excited! This will be my first RT and I can't wait.
