    Exercising during post-miscarriage pregnancy

Hi Catherine Congrats on getting to 13 weeks!!! Sounds like you and I miscarried around the same time. I lost my 7 week embryo on 7/24. Yes - it is devastating. >but it is difficult to >let go of my worries >of another miscarriage. > I know I didn't even worry about this 2.5 years ago...

RE: I doubt it's really a recall Okay! Thanks - and good luck on your exam!!!!!! Yay! I found it at fitmaternity.com (I think..) and I ordered it. Here's hoping I actually get it :-) BTW - as you may have read in the post above this, I am pregnant again. I haven't announced it to VF because...

    Exercising during post-miscarriage pregnancy

Hi - I miscarried in July, and i'm pregnant again (shhh. Its a secret :-) ) and expecting in late august. Of course - i've had such crummy luck this year (2 very early losses - pos preg test for 2 days, then kaput, and then my miscarriage at 7 weeks) that i'm seriously paranoid about this...

Is this like a "Recall"? Makes me wonder if there isn't some contraindicated advice that got him slapped... I'm trying to find it too - but i'm kind of on the fence now.

    "BODY FOR LIFE" book/contest/lifestyle

Can you explain how you use Cathe and Firm tapes to follow Bill's plan? My biggest obstacle with doing a 12 week BFL rotation is that I don't want to stop using my videos. Leela

Cathe- why are your tapes gone from Collage?

A sound business decision, Cathe I appreciate the choice you made. Leela

    Started CTX!

I had the same problem!! :-) I did step for many years, but then stopped doing it for a while (burnout on step). This routine is full of challenges!!! You will learn it though!! Even while you sleep, your body is laying down the neural pathways which will make the routine easier each time...

Thanks for NOT making it "easy"

Spring Chickens I'm a year younger than you, so perhaps I can't say this, but 36 isn't exactly OLD ya know! Good luck with the baby thing!! I'm also hoping to have another. I don't think your worries are vain at all. Why shouldn't you care about a body you worked hard to get/maintain...

Thanks for NOT making it "easy"

Thanks Honeybunch! No, It doesn't get easier. I laugh at my colleagues - many in their early 20s, in a no-kid, no-spouse situation - where their time really belongs to them. I remember those days - they were long ago. It gets HARDER to find the time, and more important to do so - between...

Thanks for NOT making it "easy"

Cathe, So many sources that i've read over the last 2.5 years regarding pregnancy and post partum have implied that you can get your body back with some pretty basic stuff (20 minutes cardio a day - etc.). I just recently saw at the drs office, some ridiculous snippet about Cindi Crawford and...

    Started CTX!

You may all remember my posting a sort of fearful post about doing CTX. I used to be in really good shape, but after the pregnancy, the baby and then the slump .. well.. Anyway , i'm pleased to say that i'm up to the CTX challenge (so far) . I've done 10-10-10, Step Intervals and Kickbox and...

    Anyone tried Dyna-discs? Cathe?

Reminds me of my wobble board Since you have to use your core stabalization muscles to balance when standing on one of these things, I imagine you would see an extra bit of results. Leela

Cathe - will I ever be able to keep up with the intensity (m)

Thank you!! Since posting that, i've NOT been able to do your videos due to a killer cold my toddler managed to give me. However, I KNOW I can get it all back. Can't wait to lose this cold so I can get cracking! (This weekend?) Thanks to everyone who responded, and thank you Cathe! Leela

Can I do all Xpress series in one day

You are very WISE for someone so young :-) Thats right! I used to way over do it in my 20s. I don't think its beneficial because you start breaking muscle down instead of building it up. Of course - I'm nowhere near an expert. I'm glad you are having so much fun with the series. I have a...

Can I do all Xpress series in one day

I dunno Since hitting 30, and moving onward past that meaningless little milestone , I realize that I am much more comfortable with my body. I am what I am, and who I am. That being said, I definitely want to be the fittest me, that I can possibly be. I think fitness includes a lot of...
