    One more thing. Oh! and I don't think the workouts are available in stores, but I could be wrong. I haven't seen them at least. The DVDs are very well done and professional. You won't be sorry for getting them.

    Ok to order from Cathe! I bought mine both from Cathe at www.cathe.com and also from Advanced Workouts (also online). I understand your concern over buying over the internet but have had nothing but 100% positive experiences from both companies. :)

    Loralie, Consider buying the full version of those workouts! They are so much better in their original design (a lot is cut out to fit the time slot) and with the premixes. (Just something to consider.) I'm so glad I got mine! :D That said, I'm curious too!

    Legs & Glutes is definitely a good one too. A bit shorter (51 min) but VERY intense.

    Do the most you can while keeping good form. I made the same mistake and had to back off. Trust me, if you don't you'll pull a muscle, or build up your neck instead!

    Yes, you can find them. I've used them before. Also chain collars (the ones that tighten with pressure when attached to a leash) rattle when the dog moves, so it can work similarly.

    Knee issues, need advice :(

    I've realized that I tend to stand one one leg and it is the knee of that leg that bugs me the most... perhaps you have something like that going on? I'm trying to remember not to stand that way, and if I'm going to shift my weight, to try to favor the other leg!
