    yeah, I mean, let's figure out what's wrong, how it is being injured, what I'm doing wrong, or what is wrong in there, so that I can return to normal! But icing and elevating *and* staying away from exercise long term isn't a good solution! Give me *real* answers! :mad:

    For all you foodies...

    I was *just* going to recommend "The Food You Crave" (before I read the last posts.) Ellie Krieger does a fantastic job of marrying foodie with cleaner eating. :) I think you'll love the cookbook. I definitely prefer it to Tosca Reno's approach but have learned a lot from her as well.

    I'm feeling some pain deep in my left knee and I'm pretty sure it is the step that is doing it. I've looked to see if my form suffers with one leg over the other but haven't found that to be the case so much. Anyhow it has gotten to the point that walking in heels hurts, as does most step work...

    I did pretty well! I am a bit confused over the heart rate though. You talk about the heart racing toward the last 1/3 of the workout but when I work my upper body I rarely get up over 60% of my max heart rate and my calorie burns for chest and back have always been right around 200 calories...

    I loved the workout. My triceps were still sore from the previous week (but getting much better, Thursday was still rough). It did affect what I could lift on those exercises... I had to drop down the weight 1-2# because I started off failing in 2 or 3 reps! LOL I got through it and am waiting...

    If you had to do two days back to back, which would you do? Day 1 and 2, or 2 and 3 of any given week? I'm thinking of doing day 3 (disk 27) today after having done disk 26 yesterday (plyo). I want to catch up and am thinking this is a good opportunity.

    I didn't feel nauseous but I did get lightheaded. I think getting past 90% on my heart rate monitor would be why! I got up to 92% but decided it was not wise and backed off a bit. Great workout!
