    Emphasis on legs

    I was wondering the same thing. For me, my legs are my weakest and I normally like to work them a minimum of twice (three is ideal)a week. So hoping some one answers. I asked this question in th STS forum and SNM answered me and said yes you can work STS legs twice a week but I'm wordering how.

    The New Workout Manager - 1RM Tutorial

    10 reps??? When doing the 1rm thought it was pick a weight and do 10 reps with good form and that was it but can you do anyway weight and lets say you could pump out 15 reps enter that number and that will give you you 1rm?

    Work out time?????

    What is the average time everyone is working out? My workouts come in at 45-55 minutes. I wish it could be longer but for some reason when I workout I'm constantly looking at the clock and when 45 minutes hits it's like I shut down. I guess it's because I feel like I have so many distractions...

    Cathe: cardio for person with major issues!

    Wow! sounds like your really limited here. I know 2 of cathe's dvd's that has a step segment using the high step. HSC and HSTA both have cardio segments with the High Step. HSTA has a premix thats 15 minutes long. I guess you could repeat it a few times. Hopes this helps.:D

    Working out on an empty stomache

    They say it's okay to do cardio on an empty stomach but when weight training you should have a carb and protein before your training. If I workout in the am I have a protein shake and a 1/2 cup pf berries.

    Leg workouts & STS

    I like to work my legs with weights twice a week. I see with the STS program you only need to work them once a week. Can I incorporate another leg workout in the week? If so when and how?

    Protein Bars

    Last I went to shoprite and bought the Clif Builder's Bar OMG!!! It was so goood ! Kind of high on the calories 270 but it has 20 grams of protein. Organic. I figured I did the 4DS cardio premix of bootcamp/kickbox so I could afford the extra calories.LOOL:D:D

    Protein Bars

    Can anyone recommend a good protein bar that isnt too high on carbs or sugar and has at least 18 grams of protein??? I have a protein bar every other day because I find that they are good and to feel as if Im not restricting myself too much.
