    Are "ripped to the core" and "ripped slim & lean" similiar in content (not talking personalities here) to any of Cathe's workouts? Is it a different concept? Is it like a circuit workout or total body workout? Just wondering if it is something to add to my collection or not...

    Egg Yokes

    Maeghan: Here is what I do....I make an omelette of one whole egg (for the nutrients) and 3 more egg whites only (for the protein). Just seems to work for me that way and I like it better than just whites. I will also have a "dippy egg" once in a blue moon! Paula
