    I love these threads! Yep, my 11yo daughter has taken to saying, "Work, work!" and "Are you working?!" to me in her best Cathe voice. We did the Kick Max low impact premix together recently, it was awesome fun!

    Agreed! I've been involved in various search committees for positions over the years, and these things matter a lot. Poor spelling or grammar on resumes and cover letters means people don't get an interview, and poor grooming or dress during an interview means they don't get taken seriously...

    I agree, if that exercise is causing you pain, don't do it! I don't have the qualifications of Cathe and other personal trainers, but I would think that regular lying down triceps extensions would be a fine substitute.
