Cathe Live - available on On Demand, indefinitely?

Thank you for the recommendations, Roz! A great discussion topic is going to be: "what are the best Cathe Live workouts that I should do asap??" Or maybe: which of the Cathe Live workouts should be filmed and packaged as a formal workout DVD? Cathe could even put out a series called "Cathe Live"...

Workout Manager: Calendar icon for Cathe Live?

Hi! Is it possible to have a calendar icon created for Cathe Live workouts? Just one icon for all, not a separate one for each workout. Cheers

Cathe Live - available on On Demand, indefinitely?

Okay, this is going to be the best $9.97 per month I ever spent! I just did the Hard Strikes Low Impact Boxing (June 19/14), and loved it! That's going to be my go-to boxing workout when I need a break from lower body intensity, but still want a good, heart pumping sweat. Now I can't wait to try...

Cathe Live - available on On Demand, indefinitely?

Nevermind! I figured it out. Turns out, when you login to your account, you have to use the first bit of your email address (before the @ sign), not the entire email address, or your Cathe username. Sigh. That was a pain to figure out.

Cathe Live - available on On Demand, indefinitely?

Thanks everyone for the fast replies. I decided to just subscribe to Cathe Live, as I own all of her DVD workouts (and most of the downloads). All I really want is access to the Live workouts. I can access the Live videos on my laptop, but am trying to figure out how to get them on my iPhone. Do...

Cathe Live - available on On Demand, indefinitely?

Hi. I think the answer to this question is "Yes", but I just want confirmation: are the Cathe Live workouts available in the On Demand feature, indefinitely (meaning, they don't get removed after a week or so)? And is the $19.97 option for both Cathe Live and On Demand still in effect? Thanks...

    Kitty version of Cathe-type training

Okay, that's amazing!! And now I know what's missing from Cathe's workouts - treats! From now on I shall keep a box of chocolates next to me and eat one after every interval, blast, or set of heavy weight lifting. How eager would I be to workout, then?! LOL! (I should confess that in the past...

MIC - I'm gonna do it!

My success with MIC spurred me on - I did Rhythmic Step a few days later, and today I did the original IMAX. Fun, fun, fun!

MIC - I'm gonna do it!

I did it!! This is a personal victory for me - after years of accumulating health issues that were compromising my stamina and endurance, I think I'm finally on the upswing again! A year ago, if you'd asked me whether I'd ever do this workout again, as produced, I'd have given a resounding No...

MIC - I'm gonna do it!

I'm about to haul butt off the couch and do Maximum Intensity Cardio. I haven't done this workout in yeeears, and I used to use it as the gold-standard of fitness - if I could do that, I could do anything! I don't remember a whole lot about it except that I really liked the step choreography...

    Cathe - so cute!

Cathe, that little lear you give to the camera in Low Impact HiiT #2, while saying "Is that a smile or a snarl?" cracks me up! It's right up there with the little butt wiggle you give in Body Blast's Legs & Glutes, when you think no one's looking. :D

    Plyo HiiT Two

I had to hit "pause" after the 9th blast, to suck wind for a bit. This workout will take my cardio to a new level, that's for sure!

    Back, shoulders and biceps

Well, I did this one for the first time yesterday, and today my entire upper torso is stiff/good-sore, right into my hips. The lower body and core do a lot of stabilizing to balance against the heavy weight of the dumbbells in the unilateral moves, and boy do I feel that today! I really...

    Low Imact HiiT - 1

I've done Low Impact Hiit 1 and Plyo Hiit 1, and have found the speed of the moves in both of them to be very fast! I thought it was just me, but I'm relieved to see that it's because Cathe and crew are using trick yoga mats LOL! But how does that explain why I can't keep up with their burpee...

    Back, shoulders and biceps

That's a great idea, Justinef. Would you also keep the reps in the 8-10 range, instead of 12? I did the Chest, Triceps, Shoulders workout last night and my arms were too fatigued to lift them above chest level when I was done. I don't have the soreness yet, but I'm sure it's coming. I have no...

Lift It Hit It - Legs

It's 24 hours later, and my legs are sore! Quads and glutes, mostly, but it's the good sore that means everything is a little surprised. Those scissor-scissor-wide-tucks jumps at the end are just nasty. Nasty, I say! I agree with Blakkat that the length of the routine is irrelevant to it's...
