Cathe, that little lear you give to the camera in Low Impact HiiT #2, while saying "Is that a smile or a snarl?" cracks me up! It's right up there with the little butt wiggle you give in Body Blast's Legs & Glutes, when you think no one's looking.
I love that, too! And I love that work out. I thought it would be way too hard for me at my current level, but it turns out it's just right! A challenge, for sure, but doable!
