    MMA Fusion--Should I?

I have all of Cathe's kickbox DVDs but this one. I've read the reviews and watched the clip from it, but I'm not sure it's for me. If you have it, do you enjoy it? The combos seem a little more complex, but that might just be due to seeing only pieces of the workout. Also, some of the...

I bet there will be an anouncement in Jan.

6 February is my guess. I vote for STS2 and like the idea of an hour or less. Maybe a body part a day (30 minutes) with the option for premixes if you have time and want to do more than one. For example, you could decide to do a push/pull rotation and select bi/tri premix. Add on a few bonus...

    Working out with my dog...

I, too, become a k-9 lollipop during my cool downs and post workout stretching. They love licking my neck and ears, and one of them actually GRUNTS, tail going full force! Sometimes when I'm doing planks, Fiona will press her nose down on my back (resistance!). During yoga, they bring their...

    New Convert

Susan---All Out Low Impact Hiit is a certified tough challenge for the legs. I've been working out w/Cathe since the late 1990s, and I find this one a leg burner (in same ways, tougher than Tabatacise Level 5, which I find very doable. ;)). Don't be hard on yourself. The fact that you are doing...

    Cardio Leg Blast 2

Cathe, could you please consider making another Cardio Leg Blast? While I enjoy the STS Plyo Legs workouts, they just don't seem to flow as well as CLB. Maybe a DVD with a couple different Cardio Leg Blast type workouts? Fore example, one workout could focus on quads/outer thighs and the...

    Party Rockin Step 2

I have to agree that this one is more fun every time you do it. Like Rhythmic Step, C&W Step Section, and Step Blast, this one makes me happy & really gets up the HR. A new classic. Speaking of classics, I did Step Works this morning and had a great time. The first combo is one of my all time...

Would love another Slow and Heavy!!

Slow and Heavy is one of my favorites. I've been doing Gym Styles for the past few weeks and have found this one but enjoyable and effective. Love the pace of the reps and the variety. The leg workout is especially great.

    Suggestion for new DVD

I enjoyed that one, too. Too bad it didn't make it to DVD but the master tapes were probably not of high quality. A remake would be nice.

Tingling in lower legs when running?

Sounds like it might be a nerve issue. You might want to see an orthopedist.

    Hip-hop repeater!!!

Renee---It's also on one on the bonus premixes in PRS2. Mixed in a more complex combo, which I am trying to learn. Trying. :o

    Party Rockin Step 2

It took me several tries, gradually adding a new combo, to master the workout, so I agree that that some of the moves are a big tricky. I'm working on learning the bonus combos now, which look as if they come from PRS1.

    CTX Low Impact

The cardio for this premix might be some shadow boxing w/gloves, with a heavy bag finish like the XTrain tabata segment---all punching. Hint, hint.

Presale starts today for New Susan Chung workout

This one looks great, particularly the boxing segments which alone would make it worth the money. I just pre-ordered it---less than $15 w/no shipping, superb deal.

Having Trouble With Sliding Discs ~ Help

I highly recommend using pledge on the bottoms. Before each workout where I will be using my disks, I give them a good blast w/pledge.

Thank you, Cathe, for Lean Legs & Abs

I really love LL&A and it's done wonderful things for my strength/definition in my quads. My legs are now almost as defined/strong as Amanda's, which is remarkable given my advanced age (months aways from turning 51). I hope there is a follow up to this one. If you do the entire...

Cathe, Can we bulk Glute muscles from home through your program?

Nathalie, thanks for reviving your old thread. What I lack in bosom, I more than make up for in booty. :p No wonder I'm brilliant. haha!!!

    Party Rockin Step 2

Jen, I understand completely! :) Actually, I feel the same way, which is why I try to learn the new and/or complex ones a little at a time, after I finish my workout.

    X-Train

My husband bought me the XT set for my birthday, and it came w/the book that describes each workout, breaks it down by exercise, and has a couple of rotations listed at the beginning. Sorry, I haven't attempted any of the XT rotations.

    Greatest Hits

SNM did such a great job w/this one, the transitions are seamless. Makes me really excited for future Greatest Hits compilations. I agree---this workout is a tough one. Interval #9 of IMAX2 is a killer!
