    Your favorite easier workouts?

Hmmmm, this one looks like fun. Is the choreography difficult to learn? I'm the antithesis of graceful. ;)

    Another Leg PM Discovery

An often overlooked gem in my vast DVD library is Push Pull/Super Sets. This morning, I wanted to try a new-to-me workout and decided to do the Push Pull 3-set Lower Body Premix. The rep count is slower, so I could really focus on my form and concentrate on engaging the right muscles. Also...

    Greatest Hits II

Don't forget the blasts from the IMAXes (first iteration of IMAX is my favorite), Low Max, and the step segment of Low Impact Circuit. :-)

    Talking back to Cathe

You have to worry only if she starts to answer you. :-) I think we've all been there, as I occasionally will chat with her myself.

    Your favorite easier workouts?

Yoga Foundations, workout #1 is gentle (Travis Eliot), and Eoin Finn's Pure & Simple Yoga are good for recovery days. I, too, am in search of some "recovery" cardio type workouts. I recently purchased a couple Jessica Smith walking workouts that are supposed to be low impact but they are still...

Workouts similar to Cardio Leg Blast?

I wish Cathe would release a CLB2. I've seen such great results from CLB and it's much more intense than the STS Plyo (which are fine, but I don't enjoy those as much).

    Great Leg Premix

IR---You might look into Tracie's Reboot workouts, as well. The fun factor is high and they are tough. I used to enjoy Tracie's Firm tapes back in the day, she's a good instructor. She seems to focus a lot on functional fitness/strength and most of the moves are compound, incorporating a lot of...

    I HATE STEP!!!

I'm going to have to give BodyMax2 a second look. The first time I tried it, I quickly gave up because Cathe seemed to dive right into the combos. Might have been a day when I was particularly tired or something.

    TLC--Whew

TLC (Train Like a Contender) hit my DVD player for the first time this morning. What a workout! It was tough, fun, and time flew by. KCM outdid herself with this one. :) No real learning curve, as the combos were not complex, so you can really give it your all.

    Great Leg Premix

You are a good shopper, Island Rose. I got two of Michelle's Peak 10s, as well, but I haven't tried them yet. I'm surprised that are rated intermediate because they look pretty intense. One of my (too) many indulgences during Mary's sale was Amy Dixon's Best Bod DVD. Don't dig the title but...

    Ever been that sore?

If you have a foam roller, massage it out. Or have your DH or partner massage it. Arnica gel will also help. Taking a walk and then gently stretching when you get back will help get blood into the muscles and loosen them up. Good job on your hard work!!!

    Great Leg Premix

One of my many (ahem) purchases during Mary's sale was Tracie Long's Defining Shape. This morning, I tried the Leg Premix and it is a gem. Plenty of balance and strength moves, and it got up my heart rate. There is a floor section with some new (to me) exercises. Loved it--a good challenge and...

    I HATE STEP!!!

When I have mastered some of Cathe's more complex step workouts, I prefer those that don't require spins or fancy footwork. Mambo, cha chas are fun, but moves like step sweeps make me feel like I'm going to trip myself. I never do that move, I just walk across the step and do the sweep arms...

    anymore yoga dvd's?

Yoga is so good for you. I love Eoin Finn's stuff. Shiva Rea's beginner workout is also a gem. I am considering getting Travis Elliot's Foundations DVD. Lately, I.'ve been exploiting today's more spiritual aspects and it's helped me deal with some stress at work. Feel much more at peace' and...

Which DVD's should I bring to cottage?

Cardio Kicks, MMA Boxing, and any of the other kickboxing DVDs that Cathe put out would work. Also, Susan Chung Rapid Fire 4 (Sweat) would be a nice treat for you, if you don't yet own it.. You could also take MIC and SP&J, and do the floor cardio segments. CrossFire, I think you could do...

    XTrain packaging

Yes, my XT case broke---I didn't like it from the get go, regardless. I ended up having to buy individual cases from Office Deport. I hope future series are released in individual cases, don't mind paying a few bucks extra for something durable that will protect the disk better.

    Collage Video Will Return?

Collage's closing inspired me to buy from TotalFitnessDVDs. Because of the TFD discount, bonus points, and exceptional customer service, I will check with and if available, purchase from Total before any other online fitness DVD retailer. Collage will no longer be my "go to" resource, but if...

    Blissology, Insights/Opinions??

I'm tempted to invest in Eoin Finn's Blissology. I've been doing yoga DVDs for years, but I consider myself a low-side intermediate at best. I have flexibility issues in my lower body/hips that I'm trying hard to improve, so I have to modify moves like forward bends, forward folds, etc. I...
