2lazy4thegym has a few on her blog. If you scroll to the bottom of this page there are 3, plus one that uses DVDs and Live. https://2lazy4gym.com/workout-rotations/

How did you find out about Cathe?

I stumbled across reviews of her workouts on 2lazy4thegym’s blog. She is obsessed (in a good way) with Cathe and made her workouts sound so fun and effective, but hard. I finally worked up the courage a little over a year ago to try a couple when Collage Video had a sale. Now I am obsessed...

    I truly have a problem

I don’t think you’re alone! I have so many DVDs I don’t even want to count them! Lol. I’ve been selling some I don’t use and am trying to buy used if possible to save some money. At least it’s a healthy addiction :)

    Barbell clips on Fit Tower

They are only used in the total body DVD, but you can probably get by without them.

Anyone else always hungry when doing STS?

    XTrain User's Guide

I bought the 9 DVD set and received a guide with my order. You should email customer service. They are very good about responding and correcting any errors.

    Help Me Pick a Series

I agree with Aqua Girl - ICE is a must and the other two are both great! But if you absolutely have to choose between Strong & Sweaty or Xtrain I would get Xtrain. It has more variety!

    Exercise Shoes?

I have to wear running shoes as recommended by my podiatrist because I have issues with my feet. Not the best choice for some workouts since they feel a little clunky, but I am able to do high impact workouts without pain.

    Lifting gloves?

I have decent-size hands but tiny wrists and anything with Velcro just looks ridiculous on me or gets in the way. I have good luck with Under Armour gloves which come in sizes and don’t have Velcro. I recently found a pair at TJ Maxx on clearance for $5!

Cathe Friedrich's LITE PHA 2 Workout

I did this workout yesterday scrambled with abs after each round. I went a little heavier on most of the lower body exercises and I was dripping by the end. My glutes are so sore tonight (in a good way of course) that tomorrow is definitely an upper body day!

CBD oil for pain and inflammation

I’ve tried the liquid from Green Mountain CBD for inflammation and I think it’s too soon to tell, but I can say I feel much less stressed and more relaxed when I take it, which in theory should help. If you order directly from their website it’s $30 and shipping is less than $4. I get my order...

    I completely agree!

    Karin Slaughter books question

Yes and no. The same thing happened to me, so I started the series from the beginning and some things made more sense to me since she refers back to prior events a lot. But I think she gives enough background that it isn’t absolutely necessary to read each book or read them in order.

Ice rotation and ripped with HIIt

No problem! I am completely with you, I don't like taking weekdays off either. I need my morning workout to get going and make it through the workday.

Ice rotation and ripped with HIIt

If she isn't hitting the same muscle group, I usually skip the day off and move on to the next workout in the rotation. If she is (ie upper body, mid-week rest day, then bootcamp in the ICE rotation), then I will do a light cardio workout instead of taking the day off.

Every time you show up you get a bit better...right?

I am new to Cathe’s workouts and they are so hard! But that’s why I love them. I often have to go lighter than her or do less jumping, but by the last week of the Strong & Sweaty rotation I was able to lift a little heavier and not feel like I was going to die. Keep at it you’ll get stronger :)
