    Missed a week of STS for illness

    I would use that week as my recovery, as you suggested. The point of the recovery weeks is simply to rest your muscles, which you have done. So if I were you, I would do the last week of M1, and then move directly into M2, and then take the recovery at the end of M2. Good luck!

    MIC is 30 minutes of hi-lo and then 30 minutes of step. So you could sub 2 CTX segments (Power Circuit followed by Step and Intervals, cardio only for both), or 4DS bootcamp cardio followed by 4DS HIS cardio...any combination of videos that you have that gets at this should work fine.
