Today is Maxium Cardio burn plus abs ( the firm ) and that is it . I'm still sore from Gym style chest & triceps. One thing I don't understand is doms! What's the benefit of getting it? Does it means I will get stronger?

Today I did Gym style Chest & Triceps, core work and a stretch. I feel really good and I get doms every time I do this workout. One thing I don't understand is doms! What's the benefit of getting it? Does it means I will get stronger?
Does anyone have any modification suggestions for the explosive lunges in the standing leg work section??.. I am unable to do those at the moment lol.

I was wondering if most of you have been advanced level most of your life or if some of you started out as beginngers at one time ?? :-) If you were intermediate or beginner level, where did you start and what workouts did you do before Cathe?
